- 2 cups broccoli (chopped)
- 1 onion (finely sliced)
- 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup almonds
- Salt to taste
- 1 whole black pepper (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
- Start by washing the broccoli thoroughly and preparing the other ingredients. Soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes, peel off the skin, and set them aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onion. Sauté until the onions turn soft.
- Once the onions are soft, add the broccoli and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt, cover the pan, and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.
- Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a blender along with the almonds and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, turn off the heat.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste and serve hot.
