Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a blender, combine plain yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamoms, black peppercorns, and oil. Blend until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken:
