- 500g cream cheese
- 80g mayonnaise
- 80g cheddar cheese
- 100g lemon juice
- 10g fresh coarse ground black pepper
- Parsley (to garnish)
Instructions:

4. | Spread the cheesy mixture evenly over the fish fillets, ensuring they are fully covered. |
5. | Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese topping is golden and bubbly. |
6. | Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot alongside your favorite side dishes. |
