Ingredients:

  • 500g cream cheese
  • 80g mayonnaise
  • 80g cheddar cheese
  • 100g lemon juice
  • 10g fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • Parsley (to garnish)

Instructions:

Step Description
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease an ovenproof dish.
2. Place the fish fillets in the greased ovenproof dish in a single layer.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly over the fish fillets, ensuring they are fully covered.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese topping is golden and bubbly.
6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot alongside your favorite side dishes.
