Instructions:

  1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the Filling: In a saucepan over low heat, combine diced chicken, chopped green bell peppers, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and 1/2 cup of salsa. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.

  3. Assemble the Enchiladas: Spoon about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each flour tortilla. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down in a lightly greased 12×8-inch baking dish.

  5. Pour Sauce Over Enchiladas: Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the assembled enchiladas in the baking dish. Cover the dish with foil.

  6. Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the enchiladas are thoroughly heated and the cheese sauce is bubbly.

  7. Serve: Remove the enchiladas from the oven and pour the remaining salsa over the top. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious flavors of these Chicken Enchiladas!

Note: Feel free to customize your enchiladas with your favorite toppings, such as diced tomatoes, sliced olives, or chopped cilantro. Serve with a side of rice and beans for a complete meal. Enjoy!
