- 1/2 corn tortillas
- 4 onions
- 1 garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 green chili peppers
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Prepare Tortillas: Wrap the flour tortillas in foil and heat in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to soften.
