Ingredients:
- 250 grams Chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Onion paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 30 ml Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
- 60 ml Fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, for shallow frying

Instructions:
- Begin by pricking the chicken pieces gently with a fork and transfer them to a bowl.
- Add the onion paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, hung curd, fresh cream, cumin powder, and salt to the chicken. Mix everything well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
- Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least a few hours or overnight for the best results.
- Heat a grilling pan over medium heat. Add a few teaspoons of oil to the pan and place the marinated chicken pieces on it.
- Cook the chicken on a low-medium flame, flipping occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on all sides.
- Serve your Chicken Malai Kebab hot with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney and pickled onions for a delightful party appetizer.
