Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of crescent rolls
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar + 1/4 cup for topping
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Preheat your oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2 Unroll one package of crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of the prepared pan, making sure to seal any perforations.
3 In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy.
4 Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust in the pan.
5 Unroll the second package of crescent rolls and place them on top of the cream cheese layer, again sealing any perforations.
6 In a small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the crescent roll layer.
7 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the bars are nicely browned and the center is set.
8 Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing into bars.
9 Serve and enjoy these irresistible Crescent Roll Cookie Bars! πŸ˜‹πŸŽ‰
