Divine Crab and Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 pound cooked crabmeat
  • 2 cups cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup garlic-flavored croutons
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.

  3. Saute diced onions in the melted butter until softened.

  4. Whisk in the all-purpose flour until well combined.

  11. Top each filled ramekin with the crouton mixture, spreading it evenly over the surface.

  12. Drizzle melted butter over the top of each ramekin.

  13. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mixture is bubbly.
