Crab Bisque Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced

- In a large pot, stir together celery soup, milk, dry sherry, sugar, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, celery, onion, and garlic.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thoroughly heated, about 15 minutes.
