Curried Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup small shell pasta
- 1/3 Red Delicious apple, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1-3 leaves iceberg lettuce
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
- Cook the small shell pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.

- Transfer the cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl.
