- 2 onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 4 white potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 bay leaves
- 4 cups kale leaves, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups half-and-half
- 5 cups clam juice
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 pound fresh fish fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
