Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
2 In a 13×9 inch baking dish, melt the butter.
3 Add the white rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup to the baking dish. Mix well until combined. It may look like a gloppy mess at this point, but that’s how it should look!
4 Place the chicken breast halves on top of the soup mixture in the baking dish. Season the chicken with paprika, garlic salt, and pepper to taste.
5 Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
6 After 1 hour, remove the foil from the baking dish and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
7 Once done, remove the baking dish from the oven and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and makes it easier to handle.
