Egg Salted Fettuccini

Ingredients:

  • A handful of fettuccini
  • Oil, as needed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • Cheese, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Egg Salted Sauce
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Smoked beef, to taste
  • 1-2 stalks celery

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Fettuccini: Bring a pot of water to a boil, adding a pinch of salt and a dash of oil. Cook the fettuccini in the boiling water until al dente, following the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Sauce Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, grated cheese, Egg Salted Sauce, mayonnaise, and ground black pepper. Stir until well mixed and set aside.

  3. Sauté the Garlic and Beef: Crush and finely chop the garlic cloves. In a pan, heat a bit of oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the smoked beef, cut into small cubes, and cook until it deepens in color.

  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked fettuccini to the pan with the garlic and beef. Pour in the prepared sauce mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.

  5. Add Fresh Ingredients: Dice the tomato and chop the celery. Add these to the pan, mixing well to incorporate all the ingredients. Cook briefly until everything is heated through and well combined.
