Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:

Prepare the Eggs:
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set aside the egg white halves.

Prepare the Filling:
- Using a fork, mash the egg yolks until smooth.
- Add in the plain low-fat yogurt, chopped onion, parsley flakes, dried chives, lemon juice, prepared mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and paprika to the bowl with the mashed yolks.

Mix the Ingredients:
- Thoroughly blend all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.

Fill the Egg Whites:
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture evenly into the reserved egg white halves, filling each one with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

- For an alternative mixing method, place the egg yolks and all the remaining ingredients except for the egg white halves into a plastic storage bag.
- Seal the bag tightly and knead it until all the ingredients are well blended and the mixture is smooth.
- Push the mixture towards one corner of the bag and snip off about 1/2 inch from the corner.
- Gently squeeze the bag to pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
