- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1-1/4 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter (Salted)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Add 1/2 cup of milk to form a thick paste.
