  2. Roasting the Peanuts: Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) if using a conventional oven or 160°C (320°F) for a fan-assisted oven. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the shelled peanuts in a single layer, ensuring they overlap as little as possible for even roasting. Roast the peanuts for 10-15 minutes in a static oven or 5-10 minutes in a fan-assisted oven, keeping an eye on them to prevent burning. When they are golden brown and fragrant, remove them from the oven.

  3. Blending the Peanuts: Allow the roasted peanuts to cool completely. Once cooled, transfer them to a food processor or high-powered blender. Add the brown sugar and honey (preferably acacia or wildflower honey for a mild sweetness). Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

  4. Achieving the Perfect Consistency: For a creamier texture, gradually add the peanut oil while continuing to blend. This helps achieve the desired smoothness and consistency. If you prefer a chunkier peanut butter, blend it to your liking, adjusting the texture by adding more or less oil.

  5. Storing Your Peanut Butter: Transfer the freshly made peanut butter into an airtight jar or container. It will keep well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
