Ingredients:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- Oil, for browning
Instructions:

1 | In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and horseradish. Set aside. |
2 | In another bowl, mix together the egg, bread crumbs, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture. Add the ground beef and combine well. |
3 | Form the meat mixture into 4-6 patties, depending on your desired size. |
4 | Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the patties on both sides, then drain off any excess fat. |
