  • 1 piece ginger
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef Liver:

    • In a pot, add beef liver, ginger, and bay leaves. Cover with water and simmer for about 30 minutes or until tender.
    • Once cooked, remove the liver, let it cool, and then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Fry the Potatoes:

    • Heat oil in a pan and fry the cubed potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
