Low Fat Creamy Italian Salad Dressing ๐ฅ

Description:
I had to bring a creamy salad to my exercise class party that was low fat, and this is what I managed to come up with. It came out great, if I do say so myself!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Step | Description |

1 | In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients except sour cream until completely mixed. |
2 | Add sour cream and process just until mixed. |
