Low Fat Creamy Italian Salad Dressing ๐Ÿฅ—

Description:

I had to bring a creamy salad to my exercise class party that was low fat, and this is what I managed to come up with. It came out great, if I do say so myself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Step Description
1 In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients except sour cream until completely mixed.
2 Add sour cream and process just until mixed.
