Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Instructions:

- Finally, add the sour cream to the skillet, stirring until it is heated through and well combined with the sauce.
- Return the cooked chicken breast halves to the skillet, coating them with the creamy mushroom sauce.
- Serve the chicken breasts topped with the mushroom sauce, and optionally garnish with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of cracked black pepper.
