Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:
- Make a puree out of tomatoes in a blender.
- Boil the onions in water for 8 minutes, strain, and puree.
- Cut the fresh paneer into cubes and fry in oil until golden. Then, dip in cold water and squeeze gently.

Cooking the Gravy:
- Heat oil in a deep pan (degchi) and add the boiled onion paste.
- Stir for about 6 minutes, then add ginger garlic paste and continue to mix for another 5 minutes.
- Add red chili powder and coriander powder, and stir well.
- Pour in the tomato puree, add salt, and mix until the oil begins to separate from the masala.
- Beat the yoghurt to a smooth texture and add it to the masala. Stir well.

Adding Peas and Paneer:
- Add a little water, green peas, and saffron to the gravy.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the oil separates from the masala again.
- Add the fried paneer cubes to the gravy and simmer until the peas are tender.

- Mellow the gravy with cream, stirring gently to incorporate.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves and slit green chilies.
