Ingredients:
- 4 cups skim milk, divided
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup short-grain rice
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 canned pears, diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.

In a large saucepan, combine 4 cups of milk, sugar, and rice. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
