Ingredients:

  • 3-4 boneless pork loin slices
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms

Instructions:

5 Simmer: Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until pork is tender and the liquid has partially evaporated. Be cautious not to burn it dry.
6 Mix in Noodles: Stir in the drained noodles and both types of sour cream until well combined.
7 Heat Through: Heat the mixture through, ensuring all ingredients are evenly warmed.
8 Garnish: Serve hot, garnished with snipped fresh parsley.
