So easy, quick, and delicious you won’t believe it! Use a ripe and flavorful fresh tomato in this dish. It’s best with fresh basil, but I know it’s not always available to everyone and it still tastes great with the dried.

🥘 Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Fettuccine 1
Butter 3 tbsp
Ricotta cheese 3/4 cup
Parmesan cheese 3/4 – 1 cup
Tomatoes 1
Fresh basil (or dried) 2 tbsp

📖 Instructions:

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions. Drain and put it back in the saucepan.

  2. Prepare Sauce: While the pasta is cooking, in a separate bowl, stir together the butter, ricotta cheese, and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese until well combined.

  3. Combine with Pasta: Toss the sauce with the hot pasta until it’s evenly coated.

  4. Serve: Put the pasta in serving dish or dishes.

  5. Add Toppings: Top the pasta with freshly sliced tomatoes, basil (either fresh or dried), and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
