📖 Instructions:

Cook Pasta: Cook the fettuccine according to the package directions. Drain and put it back in the saucepan.

Prepare Sauce: While the pasta is cooking, in a separate bowl, stir together the butter, ricotta cheese, and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese until well combined.

Combine with Pasta: Toss the sauce with the hot pasta until it’s evenly coated.

Serve: Put the pasta in serving dish or dishes.

Add Toppings: Top the pasta with freshly sliced tomatoes, basil (either fresh or dried), and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
