Creamy Parmesan Pancetta Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 ounces pancetta, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound linguine

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Linguine:

    • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
