  6. Combine the Pasta with the Sauce: Once the pasta is drained, add it to the skillet with the creamy Gorgonzola sauce. Toss the pasta well, ensuring each piece is coated with the rich cheese sauce. If necessary, add more pasta water to achieve your desired sauce consistency.

  7. Add the Sausage and Final Touches: Add the cooked sausage into the pasta mixture and toss everything together. Remove the skillet from the heat and finish by garnishing with fresh thyme.
