- 3 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Additional Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
Step | Description |

1 | Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and keep warm. |
2 | Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until tender and lightly browned, about 4 minutes. |
