  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup french dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
2 In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until they are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
