Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper powder, to taste
- 200g hakka noodles

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Instructions:
- To begin, boil water in a saucepan and cook the noodles. Once cooked, drain the water and set the noodles aside.
- In another saucepan, heat a little olive oil and add the chopped onions. Sauté the onions until they become soft and translucent.
- Once the onions are soft, add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes until they break down.
- Add 2 cups of water to the saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Add salt to taste and lower the heat. Let it simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Once cooled, transfer it to a blender and grind it into a smooth puree.
- Strain the soup to remove any pulp and pour it into a bowl.
- Add the cooked noodles, salt, and black pepper powder to the soup. Stir well and serve hot.

Serve the Tomato Noodle Soup with garlic bread as a delightful dinner. This soup can also be served as a snack during the chilly winter months.
