Prepare the Pasta Cooking Water
Begin by filling a large pot with water, adding salt, and bringing it to a boil. This will be used for cooking the pasta. -
Slice the Prosciutto and Vegetables
While the water heats up, cut the prosciutto crudo into thin strips.
Wash the yellow zucchinis, trim the ends, and cut them in half lengthwise.

When the pasta is nearly done (about 5 minutes before it’s fully cooked), drain it and add it directly into the zucchini cream sauce. Stir to coat the pasta well, and add a ladle of pasta cooking water to ensure the sauce is smooth and coats the pasta evenly.
