Teri Nasi Goreng Telur

Instructions

  1. Preparation of Anchovies: Rinse the anchovies thoroughly under running water several times to remove excess saltiness. Gently squeeze to remove any remaining moisture and set aside.

  2. Mixing the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and egg. Whisk together until well blended. Add the rinsed anchovies to the mixture. Be careful not to add salt, as the anchovies already have sufficient seasoning.

  3. Frying: Heat a frying pan and pour in enough oil to coat the bottom. Once the oil is hot, carefully spoon the anchovy batter into the pan, spreading it out evenly. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
