Prepare the Feta Cream: Start by cutting the feta cheese into small cubes. Place the cubes into a high glass or bowl, and add the heavy cream. Blend or mash them together to form a creamy mixture.

Cook the Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the slices of bacon and cook them until they become crispy and golden brown. Once cooked, chop the bacon into small pieces, roughly 2 cm in size, and set aside.

Prepare the Chives: Take the fresh chives and chop them finely. These will be used to garnish the crostini.
