Description:
Sweetbreads are a culinary delicacy that, while they may seem intimidating to prepare, are truly worth the effort. They are derived from either the thymus gland or pancreas of young animals, such as lamb or veal. When cooked correctly, sweetbreads develop a delightful crispiness on the outside while remaining tender and smooth inside.
