Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Muffin Pan: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin pan with butter to ensure the bread cups don’t stick during baking.

  2. Prepare the Filling: Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and bell peppers, sautéing them until they soften and turn golden.
