Ayam Popcorn Balado: A Crispy Indonesian Delight
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of chicken, cut into bite-sized cubes
- All-purpose seasoned flour (Kentucky-style)
- Oil, for frying
- Balado seasoning powder
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Chicken: 
 Start by coating the chicken cubes with the all-purpose seasoned flour. Ensure each piece is evenly coated.

Remove Excess Flour: 
 Gently shake the coated chicken pieces to remove any excess flour. For best results, use a sieve to sift the flour off, making sure no clumps remain.

 Heat oil in a pan until it is hot but not smoking. Fry the chicken pieces in batches, ensuring they do not overcrowd the pan. It is crucial to maintain a medium heat to avoid burning the chicken and to ensure it cooks evenly. Fry until golden brown and crispy, then transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
