Abon Daging Sapi

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams beef (sliced)
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Beef: Begin by boiling or steaming the beef slices until fully cooked. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. Process the Beef: Using a blender, shred the beef with a bit of the thick coconut milk. Be sure not to blend too finely; a coarse texture is ideal.

  3. Cook the Beef: Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shredded beef to the pan and season with salt. Cook the beef mixture, stirring frequently, until the beef becomes dry and crispy.

  4. Cool and Store: Once the beef is crispy and well-cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. Transfer the cooled beef to an airtight container for storage.
