Beef Crispy Steak Endless

Ingredients

For the Steak:

  • 250 grams lean beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

For the Coating:

  • 8 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the Egg Wash:

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Instructions

Preparing the Steak:
