All-purpose flour Sufficient amount

Step Instructions
1 Cut the tempe into pieces according to your preference.
2 In a bowl, add water and mix with crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let the tempe soak in this mixture for a few minutes.
3 In a separate bowl, make a batter using all-purpose flour and water. The consistency should not be too runny—just enough to coat the tempe.
4 Dip the tempe pieces into the flour batter, making sure they are well coated. Then, roll them in bread crumbs until fully covered.
5 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the breaded tempe until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
6 Once crispy and golden, remove the tempe from the oil and place it on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7 Serve warm and enjoy your crispy breaded tempe!
