6 Next, dredge the milk-coated catfish fillets in the cornmeal mixture, ensuring they are thoroughly coated.
7 Place the coated catfish fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
8 Sprinkle paprika over the top of each catfish fillet for added flavor and visual appeal.
9 Lightly spray the catfish fillets with cooking spray to help them achieve a golden, crispy crust.
