- 1/2 kg small catfish
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 shallots
- 10 red chilies
- 2 candlenuts
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
- To taste: sugar, salt
- To taste: beef broth powder
