Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tempe, ground chicken, flour, minced garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, beef flavoring, grated cheese, and green onions. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into it, spreading it evenly. Steam for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.

Allow the nugget mixture to cool completely before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

To coat the nuggets, dip each piece into the beaten eggs, then roll them in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
