Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg ground chicken
  • 1/2 kg peeled shrimp
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped (optional)
  • 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp:
