Crispy Chicken and Tofu Fritters with Carrots

Perkedel Tahu Ayam

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 pieces Tofu
2 pieces Chicken breast
2 pieces Carrots
2 whole Eggs
2 stalks Green onions
1 stalk Celery
To taste Salt
To taste Flavor enhancer
1/4 tsp Granulated sugar
Spices (ground)
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp Pepper
Batter
1 whole Egg

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing the chicken, then blend or finely chop it into small pieces.
  2. Crumble the tofu and grate the carrots. Chop the green onions and celery into small pieces.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well to blend, and adjust seasoning to your taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and steam for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool before cutting into desired shapes.
  6. Whisk the egg for dipping, then coat the tofu pieces in the egg and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Serve and enjoy this delicious Perkedel Tahu Ayam!
