Perkedel Tahu Ayam

Instructions
- Begin by washing the chicken, then blend or finely chop it into small pieces.
- Crumble the tofu and grate the carrots. Chop the green onions and celery into small pieces.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, stirring well to blend, and adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool before cutting into desired shapes.
- Whisk the egg for dipping, then coat the tofu pieces in the egg and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
