Instructions

  1. Prepare the Wrapper:

    • In a bowl, dissolve 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour in water until the mixture is slightly runny. Avoid making it too thick.
    • Add 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk to the mixture. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.
    • Season with a pinch of salt and ground pepper.
    • Heat a non-stick pan (about 25 cm in diameter) and lightly grease it with a thin layer of oil.
