Delicious Chicken Egg Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Filling:
- 500g chicken (both breast and thigh, finely chopped)
- 200g carrots (grated)
- 2 egg whites
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar (adjust to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Seasoning (optional)
For the Wrapper:
- 2 egg whites
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 150ml water
- A little cooking oil (for frying)
- Banana leaves/plastic wrap/foil (for wrapping)

- In a blender, combine the finely chopped chicken, grated carrots, egg whites, minced garlic, tapioca starch, cornstarch, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and any additional seasoning. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and set aside.

- In a separate bowl, mix the egg whites, whole eggs, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and water until you achieve a smooth batter.
