Chicken Katsu
Ingredients:
- 350 grams chicken breast fillet
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Coating:
- 1 egg, beaten
- Bread crumbs
- 100 grams all-purpose flour

- Steam the seasoned chicken for approximately 10 minutes. Once done, remove from heat and allow it to cool.

- Next, dredge the chicken in the all-purpose flour, ensuring an even coating.
- Dip the floured chicken back into the beaten egg for a second time.
- Finally, coat the chicken with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.
