Ingredients
Chicken Katsu
- 250 grams chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- A pinch of sugar
- Pepper, to taste
- All-purpose flour, as needed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Bread crumbs, as needed
Mozzarella Sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Mozzarella cheese, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Water, as needed

Prepare the Chicken Katsu:
- Slice the chicken breast thinly. One chicken breast can yield three pieces of chicken katsu.
- Season the chicken slices with minced garlic, salt, sugar, and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Coat the chicken slices with all-purpose flour, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken katsu until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
