Crispy Chicken Katsu with Spicy Tomato Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, thinly sliced, meat only
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
Seasoning Paste:
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Spicy Tomato Oyster Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Tomato sauce
- Sambal sauce
- Oyster sauce
Instructions:

Prepare the Seasoning Paste: Mix flour with water to form a thick paste. Add the seasoning paste and salt. Stir well.

Coat the Chicken: Dip the thinly sliced chicken into the paste, then lift and coat with breadcrumbs.

Freeze: Place in the freezer until firm. Then fry until golden brown.

Prepare the Spicy Sauce: Heat 1 tablespoon of butter. Then enter the sambal sauce, tomato sauce, and oyster sauce. Add a little water to make the sauce thick. Wait until it boils, lift it up.

Pour the sauce over the fried katsu chicken, serve warm.
