Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lettuce Cups:

    • Begin by separating the layers of the iceberg lettuce. Stack two to three leaves together to form cups. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Crispy Chicken:

    • Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a skillet over medium flame. Add the cubed chicken pieces and sauté until they turn a light brown color. This should take about 4-6 minutes.
    • Season the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and set aside.
