Crispy Chicken Skin Oil Recipe
Title: Homemade Chicken Skin Oil
Ingredients:
- 400 grams chicken skin with fat
- 8 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 piece ginger, lightly crushed
- 350 ml cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
Instructions:

Begin by washing the chicken skin thoroughly. Set aside. 
- 
Heat 50 ml of cooking oil in a pan. Sauté the ginger until fragrant.

Add the chicken skin, coriander powder, and chopped garlic. Stir-fry until the natural oils from the skin start to render out, stirring constantly.

Pour in the remaining cooking oil. Cook until the chicken skin turns crispy and golden brown.

Remove from heat and strain the oil to separate the crispy chicken skin bits. 
- 
Once cooled, store the chicken skin oil in a dry container like a mason jar or bottle. Optionally, add a few pieces of fried garlic for extra flavor.

The crispy fried chicken skin can be enjoyed as a snack, sprinkled with a pinch of salt for seasoning.
